WebMoney Arbitration is an interactive service to resolve conflicts arising between System members.

Arbitration is effective means of dispute-resolving. Its task is to:

• protect rights and interests of WebMoney members and the System itself;
• simplify dispute-resolving process;
• help disputing parties maintain partnership relations despite difficulties they faced.

The primary function of arbitration is:

• Recording, investigation, and passing judgment upon complaints, presented against system members by both WebMoney users and persons or legal entities that do not participate in the System. These can be any complaints against WebMoney members suspected of unlawful, illegal or immoral online activities (fraud, spamming, copyright violation, etc.).
