Complaints can be filed (free of charge) by WebMoney members. All complaints are analyzed by the arbitration administration. If the administration finds the facts stated in the complaint valid, it can consider various disciplinary actions, such as blocking access to WM-ID, deleted websites, etc. Complaints are analyzed and considered within 7 days. Complaints about users whose verification status is higher than that of a claimant as well as complaints from Internet users not registered with WebMoney Transfer will be added to the blacklist only after being moderated by the arbitration administration. In all other instances complaints are added to the blacklist immediately after being posted.
